Maricopa - Market Stats - April 2008
Foreclosures continue to dominate Maricopa Sales in April 2008. Sales activity is at record levels as demand is fierce within the Foreclosure Market. Price indicators continue to drop as Banks unload standing inventory. New home sales are slow and regualr resales are extremely slow. Short Sale activity increased slightly. The best bargains remain among the Foreclosure listings. Inventory continues to drop signaling that the bulk of the foreclosure activity has already been seen.
