In 2000 a little over 1,000 people called Maricopa home. As of September 2007 City Planners have estimated the population at 34,000 and growing. Maricopa is a special place for us here at The Guthrie Group. We have been working the area since the very first Master Planned Community (Rancho El Dorado) was in its early phases. We have seen the desert landscape change quickly into a Suburban Oasis. Maricopa is also special because it is our Home as well. We have found a high quality of life for ourselves and our children in Maricopa. We take great pride in servicing our community and showing the world what we have to offer!
